This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at routenavigator.com (the "Site") and our route, fleet, and work order management platform (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site or the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact and demo request forms: name, company name, email address, phone number, and any message you submit.
- Account and billing information for customers of the Service, including company details and payment information processed by our payment processor.
- Communications you send us, including support requests and live chat messages.

- Usage data such as pages visited, referring URLs, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Analytics data collected through Google Analytics and PostHog, which help us understand how visitors use the Site.
- Chat interaction data collected through our live chat widget (Convoq) when you choose to start a conversation.
2. RouteNavigator Canvas Mobile App
RouteNavigator Canvas collects account and company information associated with your RouteNavigator account, including your email address, user and company identifiers, assigned address lists, notes, activity, and other records needed to provide the Service. When you attach field evidence, the app uploads the photos and related address information you choose to provide.
The app accesses approximate and precise location to display your position, identify nearby addresses, and record field routes through CanvasTrack. CanvasTrack begins only after you explicitly start it. Once started, it may continue collecting precise location while the app is in the background or not visible, until you pause or finish the track. Active recording remains visible through an Android notification. Location information is not used for advertising.
This information is transmitted to RouteNavigator and stored with your organization's RouteNavigator account. It may be visible to authorized users and managers according to your organization's permissions and may be processed by service providers that support hosting, maps, storage, and application operations. RouteNavigator does not sell this information. We retain it as needed to provide the Service and meet contractual or legal obligations. 3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our third-party service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and analyze traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some functionality of the Site.
